This second part of the course is all about INTEGRATION
In your second learning block you will learn how to integrate the changes and the next steps offered to you by Your Badass Future Self. I’ll teach you:
– How to test beliefs to see if they serve you.
– And how to clear them if they don’t.
You’ll learn how to bust through the gunk using a combination of The Chinese Elements, Kinesiology and Muscle Activation. This is going to affect lasting change at a cellular level in your body.

So far in our quiver of skills we covered: journaling and journey meditation.
This time we will look at physical grounding, somatic and energetic integration techniques, to deepen your intuition and set you up to create the life you would love to live.
This is a feel good course – it’s all about the FEEL. And by feeling into that connection with Your Badass Future Self through connection to the Universe, connection to your deeper self and connection to your intuition and heart you will:
– become more confident.
– learn to trust your quiet voice over external noise and all the ‘shoulds’ and ‘oughts’.
– make better choices and clearer decisions.
– feel less overwhelm (and if you do get overwhelmed have the tools to deal with it fast
– be less prone to overthinking
– feel more satisfied, happy and joyful too.

This is one of the most useful belief clearing techniques I have found and used for myself.
Dane Thomas’ ebook is excellent as is his free course Clear Your Shit. I highly recommend them both.
I have extracted the Chinese element chart from his work, rather than use another variation (they are widely used in Kinesiology, Body Talk and a host of treatments based on traditional Chinese modalities of healing) as I think that his modified elements feel both true to the tradition of the work and expressive of our modern feelings.
*please note* In the video I refer to this as part 2 of Kinesiology testing – but it is class 10!
This for me was the super rooster turbo booster. Muscle Activation is a fantastic system to resynchronise the brain and body connection. It has the ability to overturn compensation mechanisms and free up stored gunk.
I’ll be sharing with you some basic muscle activation theory and techniques from Douglas Heels’ Be Activated System.
*please note – if you are pregnant, on medication that increases bruising or thins your blood, or are aware that you bruise easily, please use very light touch as you work on the activation points – hold the intention of activating the muscles instead of actively working on the muscles*
Your present body and Your Badass Future Self will thank you for learning this super simple trick. When we activate the diaphragm, the vagus nerve is stimulated. This resets the balance in your nervous system and allows your flight and fight mechanism to step down.
In this class you’ll learn about the role of the Vagus nerve and a technique that will change your approach to stress for ever.
During this class we’ll return to the work of Dane Thomas and I’ll show you how to adapt his technique and allow you to clear the energetic pathway between Badass Present You and Badass Future You.
We’ve covered a lot over the past two weeks, it’s been a ride! Please keep connecting with Your Badass Future Self. Write Postcards, download letters. Get into a habit of testing the beliefs in your Letters. Give yourself permission to get out of your own way and clear the gunk that sits between you and Your Badass Future Self.
These are skills for life, and deepening your intuition is a craft that never ends but will serve you well.

We all have moments when we can’t get focused. It’s tricky to sit and get into the letter writing process, you feel fidgety, your mind wants to do three different things at once…blurgh!!
